Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and WhatsApp notification with your order ID. Receipt of this confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders due to unexpected stock unavailability.
• Reject suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Limit quantities purchased per customer or household.
• Request additional verification before processing customized fit orders.

Payments

We accept secure payments through authorized payment gateways (UPI, Cards, NetBanking via Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization. If a payment fails or is declined, the order may not be confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for customer convenience (standard 3-7 business days across India). Actual delivery may vary due to:
