7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
At Heritage of Aarvi, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or size exchange, the garment must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original brand tags, security tags, garment bags, and packaging must be intact.
- The return/exchange request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-tailored or altered garments made to custom measurement specifications.
- Items marked as "Final Clearance" or "Non-Returnable" during special flash sales.
- Items that show visible signs of wear, perfume scents, makeup stains, or washing.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
- Navigate to our Place a Return Request page or contact our concierge via WhatsApp at +91 99587 37004.
- Provide your Order Number (e.g.
AARVI-ORD-1001) and reason for return/exchange along with photos if applicable.
- Our team will arrange a doorstep reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
- Prepaid Orders (Cards/UPI/NetBanking): Refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days after quality inspection at our warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or store credit coupon code upon receiving your bank details.
