At Heritage of AARVI, we’re committed to delivering pieces you’ll truly love. Every product is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we offer a smooth and simple return process. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 working days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Unaltered

• In its original packaging, with all tags intact

2. What’s Eligible for Return

• Only one return per order is allowed.

• Orders placed using store credit cannot be returned again.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Return Method

All approved returns are refunded exclusively through store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Refunds are not issued to bank accounts.

4. How to Request a Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

1. Visit the Return Portal on our website.

2. Enter your Order ID and registered email address or phone number.

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.

4. Choose a reason for the return.

5. Upload images if the item is defective or incorrect. This is mandatory for such cases.

6. Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours.

7. Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 1–3 working days.

Tip: Please take a photo or video while handing over the item to the pickup agent. This can help resolve any disputes.

5. Return Charges & Store Credit

• A ₹150 reverse pickup charge per product will be deducted from your store credit.

• Refunds are issued only as store credit and not to bank accounts.

• Store credit will be issued within 1–2 working days after we receive your returned item.

• Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

6. Quality Check (QC) Rejection Terms

Your return may be rejected and the item sent back to you if:

• The item appears to have been used.

• The item carries a strong perfume scent or any other unpleasant odour.

• The item has been washed, altered, or damaged.

If your return is rejected following the quality check, the following charges will apply:

• Pickup charge: ₹150

• Reshipping charge: ₹150

• Total payable: ₹300

Our team will contact you to arrange payment before sending the item back.

7. Important Notes

• Orders placed using store credit cannot be returned again.

• Only one return per order is permitted.

• Policies may be updated without prior notice.
